Since 2021, Certina has been lending its support to the dynamic racket sport and has been contributing to its growing popularity. The brand is now expanding its sporting portfolio with further high-calibre events and collaborations in Europe.
In 2024, Certina entered into a partnership with Poland’s national padel federation, PFP. In addition to the annual CERTINA Polish Padel Tour, the collaboration also sees the partners involved in other important padel tournaments in the country with a strong presence on the ground and in the media. Certina is also expanding its support in Germany: The brand is now a “Founding Partner Padel” of the German Tennis Federation (DTB) and is wasting no time getting started, acting as a Premium Partner and “Official Timing Partner” in the country's biggest padel tournament series, the CUPRA German Padel Tour (GPT). Consequently, the Swiss watch manufacturer is actively contributing to the publicity and growing popularity of this fledgling racket sport – in Germany, Poland and numerous other countries around the globe.
